Shipping + refunds
At Linen Vale our goal is to package your order with precision and attention to detail, and as quickly as possible!
When you place an order on our website, it takes us 1-2 working days to receive and prepare your order. To this preparation time is added the transport time depending on our shipping courrier. The transport delay for Quebec is about 2-3 days working days. The delay for the rest of Canada is about 5-7 working days.
Outside Canada, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and vary depending on the place of destination.

At Linen Vale, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Linen Vale within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for more details.
